transformation

Master-bath-tranformationIn between working and playing this weekend, I completed my master bathroom modification.

Once again, there was a lot of spackling and painting.  I am not a patient person and waiting for spackle to dry is excruciating.  There was a lot of biding my time. I'd spackle.  Write a bunch of emails.  Sand.  Answer some phone calls.  Paint. Arrange viewings for the weekend.  Then spackle more when I wasn't satisfied with the results.  This is why I don't endeavor to attempt larger projects.

Beyond having to dilly dally a bit, I'm really pleased with the results.  When I first installed the new light fixture, I wasn't sure if I liked it.  It was so mundane on it's own.  Thankfully, it looks amazing with the quaterfoil mirror.

Speaking of the mirror, for $64, I'm sold.  I wasn't sure if it was going to look cheap because it cost so little. Happily, it looks expensive.  I love a good deal!
