This one of my favorite listings so far this year! Not only were the sellers lovely, they were open to all my ideas to help sell their unit. Using Compass Concierge, we updated their kitchen with new floor tile, a new backsplash, new counter tops, sink and faucet. It’s seriously adorable. All of these updates helped garner a full price offer within a day and a half on the market!
