I'm pleased to announce that I've joined DC Real Estate. My official start date was Monday but due to circumstances (see yesterday's post), the big reveal was delayed. I'm very excited to be a part of a dynamic brokerage with one of the most read real estate blogs in DC, DC MUD. I use information from DC MUD regularly in my Real Estate Round Up and 'Hood Happenings posts.
I'm in the midst of the mundane tasks that go with a new job: paperwork, learning new systems, meeting the rest of the office, passwords and protocols. It's a heady time.
I would also like to note, it was a bittersweet occasion when I gave notice to The Murphy Team. Tom Murphy and Ross Vann were fantastic mentors. They had boundless patience for my endless questions. I wouldn't be as successful as I am today without their influence.
