Last week was a little crazy. There's a couple of factors: I'm going out of town so I'm completely swamped. (why, why, why is that the rule of thumb in real estate?) The incredibly mild winter is leading to an early Spring season. There's no inventory. Add together, shake and wah-la. A day in the life of this realtor: gym, blog, email new listings, run to GCCAR to replace a lock box, listing inspection, punch list for listing, show property, write and submit a contract.
