Harris Teeter is back on the table for the new building at 965 Florida Ave, NW. This is literally across the street from my house. Happy dance. If this becomes a reality (there's been a lot of controversy) and the movie theatre happens at the Atlantic Plumbing building, I'm going to be ecstatic.
