Every year, my girlfriends and I have a "Dirty Santa" party. What's that, you say? A nefarious party with a foul mouthed Santa? Nope.. nothing that tantalizing. It's just a funny name for a gift exchange.
The idea is simple: the gift limit is $25. We pile the gifts in the middle of the room and draw numbers to pick a present. Here's the twist: you can steal presents from the people who go before you. The best number to draw is the last number. This leads to a spirited gift exchange (and a few cuss words in my crowd.)
This year, my contribution is Mrs. Lilien's Cocktail Swatch-book and some vintage cocktail glasses. I'm so excited about my gift, I might have to pick it for myself!
