A couple of weeks ago, I did a post about revamping your half bath. This was for my listing at 1604 Longfellow St, NW. Now that the listing is live (and under contract woot!), I wanted to show the final result (below).
First, how much do professional photographs make a difference? Second, isn't it cute with the new mirror and light fixture? That update cost $55. I got the mirror at Homegoods. I got the light fixture from Ikea. The new homeowner is probably going to come in and redo the entire thing. As a listing agent, you want the house to appeal to everyone. Little fixes like a more stylish light fixture can make a huge impact for a little money.
