Congratulations to my client on the purchase of his new condo! This one was a doozy. We originally put in an offer in November 2018. We won a bidding war(!). Then the seller decided not to move forward (!?!?!). Cue dramatics. My client and I kept searching but nothing was catching my clients interest. After looking for 2 more months, I reached back out to the listing agent for this unit and asked: would the seller be interested in selling now?? It was kismet because this time, the seller moved forward. My client is thrilled and so is the seller. Persistence is the key!
