Sorry for the radio silence. I needed a break. I wanted to savor the last weekend of summer. I wish I had this view at my disposal. It's pretty amazing, right? It's the view from Copper Beech Farm, a home in CT that's listed for $190,000,000. Yea, you read that correctly. The rest of the house is jaw dropping too.
What did you do last weekend? Anything fantastic? I was in DC. I had a great sailing adventure (more on that tomorrow), signed a new listing contract (wahoo!), shopped for staging (which I love) and had fun with friends. I have a closing today. September is starting with a bang!
